Types of industrial cold store
Industrial refrigeration is in two modes below zero and above zero, which both types of that can be built and implemented and can be used in single-circuit or double-circuit halls in construction. cold stores that are built depending on the type of use, they are designed for sub-zero or above-zero temperatures, need refrigerants such as ammonia and Freon and they are designed as fixed or movable dual-purpose.
Above-zero cold store
In order to keep some products in a short time, a temperature higher than the products freezing temperature is used which, above-zero cold stores are known as short-term or long-term refrigeration. They have a storage temperature of +1 to +4 Celsius degrees.
In short-term cold stores, the products will gradually enter the cold storage and after storage for a few days, they will be taken out of the cold storage immediately and replaced with new products in the cold store, so that the storage time of products in the refrigeration for a short period of time is a maximum of 15 days.
Also, long-term refrigeration, which are mostly built for commercial warehouse under the name of public refrigeration, have a special law for the storage conditions of products and the type of products that can be stored in cold stores.
Vegetables, fruits, summer vegetables, dairy products, flowers and herbs, and medicines are some of the products that can be stored in cold stores above zero degrees.
Sub-zero cold store
Sub-zero cold stores, also known as freezing cold stores, have temperatures between -12 and -23 Celsius degrees to freeze products. But note that sub-zero cold stores with a temperature of -18 Celsius degrees are used more than other temperatures. Most of the products such as frozen meat, frozen chicken, frozen fish, frozen vegetables are stored in these cold stores.
Two-circuit cold store
A two-circuit cold store has the same functionality as both sub-zero and above-zero cold stores. In dual circuit cold stores, you have to pay attention that in order to change the refrigeration mode from sub-zero to above-zero, and vice versa, after evacuation, the refrigeration should be washed with Nano disinfectants. So that reloading food in the cold store does not cause the cold store to smell and emit an unpleasant odor in its environment. However, it is better to use separate industrial cold stores to store products but establishing separate cold stores is not justified in terms of economic costs.

Cold store condenser
Cold store condenser is a complete set of refrigeration chillers located between the compressor and the chiller expansion valve and its task is to change the of gas refrigerant to liquid refrigerant. In fact, the refrigeration condenser is a heat exchanger that changes the refrigerant phase from gas to liquid by cooling the refrigerant with water or air to continue the compression refrigeration cycle.
The condenser cools the heated gas due to the compressor activity, this gas poses less environmental hazards than other gases such as Freon and can easily be used in the system for up to 20 years without any problems.
Cold store operator
The cooling system of the cold house consist of 4 main parts including the condenser unit and the evaporator unit, which consist of a compressor and an expansion valve that carries material in a closed circuit, rotates between these four sections by piping, and cools the air inside the refrigeration. The compressor with the condenser unit is embedded outside the cold store on a chassis and, as shown below, refrigerant (Freon gas) circulates between this components to cool the air inside the cold store by the evaporator. Evaporator or bellower, which is used as cooling inside the refrigeration chambers. In fact evaporators bring the temperature of the cold gas from the condenser and the expansion valve into a chamber in a frid pack environment like theirs, and rhen dissipate the cold into the chamber by blowers.
